Registration of Cameroonian Nationals
As a rule, Cameroonians taking up residence abroad must register at the earliest opportunity at a Cameroonian Diplomatic Mission or Consulate. Upon registration, a Consular Card is issued.
⚠️ Please Note
Visitors and foreign nationals are not entitled to a Consular Card. This service is for Cameroonian nationals resident in the UK or Scandinavian region only.
Requirements to Obtain a Consular Card
- Download, print, and complete the Consular Card Application Form (link below)
- Photocopy of the passport data page
- Photocopy of Residence Permit or proof of legal residence
- Two (02) passport size photographs — 4cm × 4cm
- Fee of £40.00 in cash or postal order (payable to Cameroon High Commission)
- One return envelope with your full address, if applicable

Consular Card applications and payments are made exclusively through the official Cameroon government portal. The High Commission does not accept walk-in applications or cash payments for this service.
